So I just updated to iOS 11 and the main issue I am having is that I have no photos showing up in the Photos app. It's just a white screen with "Updating" in the middle. I am using iCloud Photo Library. There are the tabs at the bottom but there isn't any photos anywhere. I've set up the new Photos app, first on my Mac Mini where it successfully uploaded all my iPhoto photos and downloaded my iOS photos. Second, I've set it up on my Macbook Pro where it's now stuck! There are 2979 items left to download of about 7000. Every time I close and re-open the app a couple more are downloaded. For about 4 days now my Photos on my iPhone haven't been uploading to iCloud Photo Library like they're supposed to be.
